This particular project was carried out in seven months and was fully designed by Bruno in his garage. The resources were limited but this didn’t change the fact that the final outcome looks very professional and beautiful. Although this bike was Bruno’s first attempt on customizing, he did an awesome work.

A funny fact of this story is that after all the process of customizing, cutting and building, Bruno came so close with the bike that he gave “her” a name. The name of the bike is Ruiva. Ruiva is a Portuguese term for redhead (due to the red color of the Suzuki GN Classic).
Let’s get down to business now by analyzing the customizing goals and features of this project. The bike is based on a Suzuki GN 250 and although visually very different from the original model, no changes as significant as this. The front suspension lowered a few centimeters and rear dampers have been adapted one more course.
Braking is the same with only adapted tube steel mesh in front. The greatest change was in the back with the adoption of a glass fiber bucket which hides the battery and some components of the electronic system.
Finally, in the rear section Bruno used a LED light presence and stop incorporated the frame. The wheels were painted black and he chooses a BATTLAX Bridgestone as a wheel type. As for the tank, the original was cleaned and painted and finally used to complete the project.
